The question
Do we need an experienced adviser on our side?
Some matters need more than a report. A remediation programme, a portfolio of ageing buildings or a project with competing specialist views needs someone who represents the client’s interests and keeps its decisions coherent over time.
What we do
We act for the client. We coordinate the specialists it appoints, turn their advice into options with programme, cost and occupancy consequences, and keep a clear record of what was decided and why. Technical judgements remain with the appropriately registered firms; our role is to make sure the client understands them and acts on them.
